We have used Privileged Pets on multiple occasions now and are always pleased with the quality and care of our 4 pets, of which our 2 dogs and 2 cats are “seniors” and are on various medications and schedules. Communication, quality of care, and professionalism are EXCELLENT. Fiona sends pictures of our animals while we are away, and follows up after the final visit to ensure all is well after we arrive back home. We always come back to happy pets and a clean and orderly home. I am now able to have “peace of mind” knowing that Fiona and Privileged Pets are taking the absolute BEST care of our menagerie!!

Privileged Pets did an awesome job with my 2 puppies and well trained dog. They came at a moments notice when my sitter left my dogs locked in my house with no notice. Privileged pets ensured my dogs were safe, fed, and unharmed. They will be the first one I call in future. I’ve already booked my next service at end of April. Can’t find a better place than Privileged Pets.

My fiancée and I were desperately looking for a reputable pet sitter in Eureka Springs, as we needed some help watching our dogs on our wedding day. I heard of Privileged Pets through recommendation of a vet tech who must’ve had some mutual clients. Fiona and Jack handled our two shepherds with expert care, like they were family. My normally skittish younger dog trusted them and relaxed with them, and that spoke volumes to me. Fiona and Jack were kind, helpful, hilarious, and just all-around lovely people. I was anxious about how we’d take care of our pups during the chaos of our wedding day and when I handed the leashes off to Fiona & Jack, I knew I didn’t need to worry about a thing. The relief was priceless. I can’t say enough good things about the experience, I can only hope that our paths cross again.

I strongly encourage you, if you are considering the idea of leaving your beloved pet with this lady, to Look Elsewhere. In all the times that I have used a boarding facility, and I have used quite a few, I have never been required to sign a waiver pertaining to the death of my pets. If you just ask a simple question about this policy, she becomes very rude, noticeably angry and annoyed. She appears to not want to be bothered by pet owners who are concerned about their pet's livelihood. My question was regarding something along the lines of me not being able to be reached due to the remote location I would be staying at. Being that I had no other choice, because my flight was leaving in a few hours that same day, I agreed to sign. And also, given the fact that I have never experienced problems with any of the boarding facilities in the past and this one was much closer to me than the others, I decided to trust this woman with my beautiful dogs. The reason why I am writing this review is because it appears this lady purposefully tried to poison my dogs. I say this because when I came to pick them up, both of my dogs became very sick in her care and required immediate veterinary attention, which cost me hundreds of dollars to get them healthy and well again. Plus, the dog bed I left with my dogs, as well as my dogs, were covered in excrement/feces. I know it had nothing to do with change of diet or anything like that, because I had brought a huge bag of their food and it was almost gone. Plus, in the past I have switched their food and they have never become sick from it or if they did it was very mild. So my only conclusion would be that she tried to poison my dogs to prove her point that dogs can die at anytime. Which is true, but giving the circumstances and that my dogs were both only 2-3 years of age, it did not make any sense. This woman shills her own reviews and in my humble opinion does not like dogs or animals for that matter. I would advise her to find a different profession, since she the worst I have ever seen in this industry.

This lady knows exactly who I am. I brought in my two long haired chihuahuas. Everything I said is true. The other reviewers here were lucky but I was not or more rather my poor dogs. This lady appears to like gaslighting and lying and is very manipulative. I would strongly recommend going somewhere else who has a better reputation.

I was very blessed when I found Jack and Fiona Richards with Privileged Pets per recommendation from a friend of mine in Houston. I had just acquired a Golden Retriever 8 week old puppy and was working full time. From the moment I met the folks at Privileged Pets I knew I had hit the jackpot of dog sitting/boarding/training!! Their professionalism, care, attention and love they give our animals is by far the best. To see my dog now a 10 month old run out of the car when I am dropping him off at Privileged Pets and being so happy to see everyone there is a huge indication as a dog owner that my pet is being treated to the high standards. Their facilities whether rain or shine are always clean, smell clean and I am a neat freak so this is another great indication of this business. Another great indicator is when I pick him up he always smells clean and not that typical boarding place funky smell. Fiona and Jack along with Desiree, Penny and the crew have taken care of my Duke since he was 8 weeks old through pet sitting, doggie day care, boarding and training. They have helped me raise this pup who is now becoming a great dog that is accustomed to everyone and any dog or size. Couldn't have selected a better place to help me take care of my Duke and teach me how to be a better dog owner. I highly recommend Privileged Pets to any pet owner and I usually do not recommend anyone so this says a lot about my personal experience with them. Fiona and her sitters have been cat sitting for us for 20+ years. They've always done a great job. We have two or three sitters that cover our part of town. Often the sitter sends us daily updates and pictures of the kitties. Not too long ago, I made a mistake in the dates I had reserved - and Fiona and her sitters juggled their schedules to make sure they could still take care of our kitties. Fiona really went the extra mile.

I know she loves animals very much and she is extremely active on the board of our local animal shelter, Good Shepherd Humane Society-the only no kill shelter in our county.
