Annie and Troy are amazing!!! I’ve never had a storage unit but I would come back here in a heartbeat. Best 2 yrs. Not a worry for my belongings.

Annie, assistant manager, was extremely helpful in assisting with a billing issue. She has helped with prior issues. Overall, we have been very pleased with Prime Storage. The facilities are cleaned and well maintained.

The staff was always helpful and treated us so kindly. The facility is secure and clean. Annie and Walter are two of the best people ever! Would 10/10 recommend to a friend. If you are looking for a long term or short term storage option in Surfside this is the best option.

Wonderful and helpful people. Great customer service, they even called me multiple times to let me know that my unit wasn’t locked properly and even checked on me and friend multiple times while we were unloading our U-Haul and brought us bottled water. They are an amazing group of people. ❤️

I stopped in your location to get information about your storage units. I will be moving here in March 2025. Annie was so helpful in helping me decide the size unit we need. She gave me a tour of your climate control and it was so clean.
As was the outside property and unit I looked at. I will not be looking at any other storage companies. I am looking forward to calling you with my reservation the first of march. I feel very confident about how well maintained and professional your property is my wife said our search for storage was over. Annie won our business.
