This is their company motto, taken directly from their website: "Treat Others with Respect • Deal Fairly • Be Honest • Honor Commitments From day one"
They definitely don't follow their motto. When I called out their Accounts Payable Department about being late on their Net 30 payment terms I was told that I was overreacting and needed to relax and take a deep breath. Said person was also afraid to sign their name, title or direct contact information on their email. Then 5 minutes later pop off another email saying they disabled our ability to haul for them any further. Not sad as we had already red-flagged them to not haul because of their ridiculous Macro point Tracking and cheap rates.
So, point being they expect you to follow their contract and get their load delivered as agreed upon, tracking, etc. but they don't have to pay one time. Therefore not being honest or honoring commitments.
Haul for them if you want, we made the mistake ONCE, but take heed on if you like to be paid timely, two days overdue, 10 days, whatever.... it's still overdue and uncalled for.

Would not recommend them as a freight carrier. Their lack of communication was terribly frustrating. They took weeks to send over the invoice. They charged us incorrectly, and when I reached out to ask about it, it took multiple follow ups from me to get a reply from people at the company. Then after their single reply telling us, essentially, they did not care, they stopped replying altogether. We only received communication from them about our open statement, which was an automated email. While they can get your items from point A to point B, the customer service after the fact was unprofessional to say the least. I do not recommend using them as a freight carrier.
