The Postal Annex is one my Favorite new stores. Besides having all the supplies I could possibly need to ship a package or for my office use, they are really very nice. Every time I go in to the store I am greeted with a smile, even if I am just dropping off a package for fedex or USPS. Most importantly, they are able to handle multiple customers at once. Even when they are busy, more people come out from the back so there is never a long wait.

I was waiting at the UPS store on Flatbush, which I had confirmed was supposed to be open today although it was a holiday. There was a line of folks waiting from 8:30 when it opened. I left at 8:50 when no one had yet opened up. I went to the PostalAnnex just a few minutes away on Avenue I and was pleasantly surprised. They were open, there was only one customer before me, the man working there (possibly the owner) was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. The company handles UPS, FedEx and USPS and maybe DHL, and he saved me a considerable amount of money by suggesting that I send the package as a USPS envelope vs. UPS. I will definitely go there again!

If I could give Dan and the crew at Postal Annex in Brooklyn, NY, 11 stars, I would. I had an emergency move across the country and very limited time in which to get everything packed and ready. Not only did they ship everything but they packed up everything as well.
They also didn’t charge me for labor & gave me a 12% bulk discount. It cost less than anything I’d imagined and everything arrived unbroken and before I did! Amazing!
I couldn’t believe how kind & helpful everyone was and especially because I have a broken ankle and was doing this all alone & on crutches.
Thanks to Dan and everyone! You made it so incredibly easy and stress free. I appreciate you all!!! A+++++

We buy art all over the world and it's been a pleasure to work with Daniel and his team. Our artwork (a large painting) was nicely packed and the shipping costs were really reasonable.
