Mitch at the front seemed helpful and polite, and even packaged up my items for me, until I looked at my receipt and realized he'd charged me $5 for "labor", $3 for TAPE $3.95 for the box, and $1.50 for bubble wrap. To send a package smaller than a bag of bread and only two pounds, i paid $42.25. Should have refused and took my business elsewhere but i was too shocked. Only go here if you're irritated with how much money you have in your wallet and want to clear some out.

Edit: I did go back and request my package and money back and although he was extremely hostile and rude, he did eventually refund it, which I appreciated in the end.

Over priced, under staffed. Went to sell some gold and silver scrap. The audacity at the offer for melt was so insulting, I will never go back. They offered me pennies on the dollar for my silver and gold scrap. I've been scrapping melt for 30 yrs and have never been low balled to this extent. I left and went to Auction coin. They offered me $120 more than postal plus. Triple A buys from these gold and silver buyers (liberty and Auction as well as postal plus). This place not only charges outrageous prices for literally everything, but even charges for packaging that you can get free from UPS. Beware. Don't sell your gold and silver to these people. In my opinion they are charlatans ripping off the town folk out of "convenience".

Customer service was fine but all I needed was 3 pages printed because my printer isn’t working. He charged me $5.75 to print 3 pieces of paper! Next time I won’t use a small business. If he would have told me that up front I would have gone elsewhere but he waited until after he printed it.

We needed a notary on short notice and contacted this location to make sure the service was available before heading down. On arrival we were quickly helped and the person service knew exactly what needed to be done. We were in and out promptly with easy parking. We received a knock on our door and the owner delivered our credit card which we had left behind before realizing we had even misplaced it. Thank you!

Ive done Business numerous times with Mitch and his wife. They are both great people. Ive never shipped anything through them but Ive done business with silver and gold and he's been honest and fair! I recommend him 100%! Treat others how you want to be treated.
