These folks are extremely nice and helpful.
I was temporarily living in Appleton while having a baby. Staff always asked about the baby and were personally very friendly.
Upon leaving town, we had tons of stuff to ship home (includig a lot of baby items), and a staff member let me leave PILES of unorganized, unpacked things that she organized, packed, and shipped for me.

Robin and her team at Postal Express and More have been nothing but awesome!
Whether it is mailing package to our kids at school, parents out of state or all the other random things we have had to get places through one of their many mailing options, the prices are always good and the packages on time!

I got a text message from a carrier from DHL about a package that they attempted to deliver. I didn’t know who to contact, so I contacted the Appleton store. The lady didn’t even let me finish before she rudely interrupted me saying she couldn’t help me. I politely asked if she knew who I could contact, but before I could even finish that sentence, she just rudely said no! I was so appalled at the horrible customer service. I understand she might not know what to do, but to treat your customer like that, and to not even use a polite tone just made me so upset! I don’t think I’ve ever been treated so poorly.

After reading the other reviews, I’m shocked to have been treated this way! Everyone has such nice things to say. I wish that was the case for me. I never leave bad reviews, but I honestly have never been treated this way.
