Fantastic one stop shop, instead of running to FedEx, UPS, DHL…or wait in long lines at USPS I can go here to get all the shipping requirements! Staff is super friendly and helpful…eager to help. They stayed beyond the store hours to help me with printing work and wrapping the gifts in nice boxes with ribbons. Thank you 👍🏼

Great little one stop shop for everything you need. Have come here for shipping and notary services and everyone is friendly. Much better than going to the post office on Nees where I previously had my PO Box.

Please excuse the reviewer known as T-bone. It seems they are quite the upset human being with their other reviews as well.

I love PEG and they are always happy to accept my package for drop-off, or make me a label when I need.

Very clean inside. A fridge with cold refreshments has been added. PO Boxes are also available. This place is also a notary.

A great location all around. Been on this side of town since 96’. PEG sets the standard for your friendly local annex.

Small shop that can ship your stuff. What makes it 5 stars is the staff. They are so friendly and helpful! I've came in multiple times and it's never packed and I've never felt rushed. 10/10

This place used to be a professional and friendly place to conduct business in, we used it as our company mailing address to avoid the hassle of trash mail, the placed was recently sold, the new owner? well, she is an absolutely, totally, and extremely rude and disrespectful individual, I was yelled at like I was a 5 year old getting reprimanded, even worse, for something that wasn't even our fault, we are extremely disappointed, used to be a placed with friendly faces and service, now it became a place we try to avoid going in, only if it is extremely necessary, now we decided to only receive our mail, keep our head down and walk out without bothering anyone on that place, we will never ship ANYTHING out of there again, we even were told SEVERAL times "I don't know how was in the past, but I'm the new owner and I have my rules" after being a customer for more than 16 years is very sad to see what this place has become (you answered my review with false statements, YOUR BUSINESS received the large package it is signed, no matter how you want to portrait the situation, no need to be yell at or be disrespected, I will do my best to never set foot on "your business " only of strictly necessary and you can charge what you think is pertinent, we do not looking to get ANYTHING free or take advantage of anybody, you conduct (horrible) was confirmed by the delivery driver as well as the dispatch manager.) You may need more luck than I do.

They do what they advertise, I just would prefer if you honor the hours you claim to be open. Several times I’ve gone to this location 15-20 mins before closing time at 6:30 and the door is locked with employees just standing around talking. Plan around that and you will be fine.

Service not particularly friendly.
Up-pricing on USPS parcels can be stiff: about 20% in my case.
What bothered me most was a recent encounter where the staff insisted that an elderly lady had to leave the shopping cart outside ‘because it messes up the carpet’. I helped the lady enter w/o he walker. Wonder whether they would treat their own grandmother like that? Wouldn’t that even be an ADA violation?
