I had a great experience in this small store! I dropped off a ups package here and got a receipt. The woman at the counter was on the phone but helped me simultaneously. It was super easy and a total breeze compared to a post office vibe. They also offer a ton of paper goods, including ribbons, gift bags and cards. I will totally come back!

It’s the kind of local business that makes errands a little brighter, and they’ve got a great selection of cards and packing supplies, too. I’ve sat on this review for a while because I know how important positive comments are for small businesses, but there’s really no other platform for feedback, and I felt it was time to say something! If you are lucky enough to interact with the owners, you will love this place, and it’s a huge time saver compared to the post office, however should you have to interact with the general crew that works there, get ready for major attitude. I have had a mailbox there for a number of years, and every time I have a package or need to check the mail, I get eye rolls and lectures (e.g. if I forget my key, or if they are busy and grabbing my packages from the back room is an inconvenience) — sorry, but mailbox lessees are paying for a physical space and service! The same thing happens when I go to buy cards or stamps. The message is that they are too busy to sell you something, or act like they deserve a gold medal for swiping your credit card. It’s unfortunate, because it’s a great location with a variety of much-needed services in the neighborhood, they just simply need to uplevel their customer friendliness.

Love this place, I just wish the hours were more conducive to people who work during normal daytime hours. 10-5 Monday through Friday is very inconvenient. I would use this place a lot more if they were open even until 6pm, or for a few hours on Saturday.

As of May 2022 they’re still requiring face mask. No sign though. Don’t have one? No problem, they’ll offer you a complimentary one. Good selection of cards. No one helped us but they seem very helpful to the ones that needed help.

Before shipping here, be ready to deal with high prices and condescending staff. It cost $50 to ship a small package that weighed less than two pounds. The girl working that day reluctantly assembled the package for me but charged $1 for every small item that she placed inside the box that I purchased unbeknownst to me. I saw the charge when I got home on my receipt- they even charged for the small note I included with the package.

I have been in four times and have only had one experience where staff was even remotely pleasant. The first time I came in, the guy behind the counter told me he would not help me close the box that I brought in that was otherwise ready to ship, telling me that I must purchase my own tape (the smallest roll cost $7). He was condescending and acted like I was stupid for not bringing my own tape... to a shipping store... I found this odd, considering it is a shipping store (!) with an abundance of tape visible behind the counter. This is the first time I have seen a shipping company deny someone a piece of tape- so weird.

Have used them extensively for over 12 years. Mailing, copying, notarizing etc. Very professional and reliable. Have made my life a LOT easier now that I've moved out of state. And yes, they do sell all sorts of packaging supplies (contrary to what one reviewer claimed under 'category').
