Had a fantastic experience at Porsche Milwaukee North!

I purchased a super rare pre-owned BMW M3 CS they took on trade. As an out of state buyer, my sales person (Alisha Gonzalez) was wonderful! She patiently assisted me with all of my questions and requests including; video walkaround, multiple pictures from different angles (also undercarriage), service records, coordinating phone calls with Umansky BMW dealership, etc... This gave me the comfort level I was looking for in making a purchase sight unseen. Alisha also oversaw the auto transport to pick up the car. I would highly recommend this dealership!

I had the pleasure of making a purchase with the people at Porsche Milwaukee North. Having bought a car only 6 months ago from a dealership in Mequon, I was dreading the interaction with the car sales staff. Let me tell you, I couldn't have been more pleasantly surprised.

Working with Chaka on the sales end was nothing short of fantastic. He's one of those guys that is just so easy to talk with, also very knowledgeable, and he made the whole experience go smoothly with zero hassle. He's also reached out to me after the sale to see how things are going, more salesman need to be like him imo.

On the financial side, Christine made the whole process a breeze. She was cordial, very likeable, and explained things thoroughly. Really enjoyed being able to talk with her and she answered every question with great knowledge. Also, she's a dog person so nothing not to like.

Couldn't recommend this dealership anymore.

Disappointed!! I had a boxster in for a PPI and they missed some major issues with the car when it comes to its electronics!!!
The car has no lights, wipers or A/C working. There are no warning lights on the dashboard but that is why you come to a certified dealership to figure out what is wrong with the car and what needs to be fixed!!

We stopped in and explained what we were looking for. After careful thought Alisha brought out the perfect vehicle. She was enthusiastic but not pretentious and explained all the features and pointed out why she felt this was not only a beautiful vehicle but perhaps the right one for us.
