Every single time I need to go here, the ladies who work here are absolutely fantastic at getting everything perfect! From color copies, laminating, printing from emails to shipping with care! I know there are plenty of other great services that they offer as well.

I went in here and there was a lady and a man who were both extremely rude actually hung up on me when I asked for a supervisor because I as a customer was unaware that they don't notarized things on Saturday so then as I left she was laughing she has purple hair she was rude and so was the older gentleman

I absolutely love pony express ! I have come here to return items. There has never been a fee, because I print out my own shipping label. The ladies are always very sweet and nice. They are also the only place that I have found in Oak Harbor that doesn’t give me a hard time when I try to ship things. They are also faster than your standard USPS, at least in terms of check out. If you want it done right, come to pony.

I really can’t say enough nice things about this place. Every time I come here they’re kind and patient and so accommodating. I never feel anxious or bothersome with the gals there, its genuinely the only place I ever want to go for shipping and have been for years.

I like to refer to the Pony Express in Oak Harbor as “the happy place”! I love dropping off my returns there because they are so fun and upbeat. They are super efficient and professional at my international and domestic shipping. None of my packages ever get delayed because of a missing form. I have done color printing and had things notarized. We are so lucky to have the Pony Express here in such a great location with easy parking.

I am a loan signing agent do quite a bit if business in the Oak Harbor area and eveytime I go in to drop off my loan packets the staff is so friendly as soon as you walk in the door. All so very nice. Customer service goes a long way with me. Thanks Ladies.

Rosa was a big help today. My husband filled out the address really wrong on a return label and she was able to help me look up the correct address so I didn't have to make another trip back. Love that Pony is a one stop shop for all the different shipping companies. Very convenient. Thank you
