My business has used another courier service for years, but they were unavailable when we were pushed into a crunch. I was hesitant to try this new company due to the nature of our shipments and client confidentiality. I called Pony Express and ended up speaking directly to the owner, which put me somewhat at ease. He was very professional and assured me he could exceed my expectations. I explained that I was looking for a one-time shipment to get our packet to its destination; not for a new, permanent, courier.

In the time I was on the phone with him, unbeknownst to me, he had dispatched one of his riders to my business. While still on the phone with the owner, my receptionist let me know the rider had already arrived for the package. We got off the phone and I handed the courier our SEALED package. Within 30 minutes, I received a call from the destination asking about how I got the package to them so quickly. I asked about the condition of the package, which had arrived in perfect, still SEALED, condition.

This owner's professionalism and personalized attention to the client, along with Pony Express' promptness and attention to confidentiality has earned them a new account with my business. By the writing of this review, my previous courier had three more failures that Pony Express picked up the slack on. I have recommended this company to many of my peers in our business group and those that have tried Pony Express agree that this company has breathed new life into Wichita's limited courier options. I discovered Pony Express Motorcycle Couriers this year by doing a web search, and after reaching out to them to see if they could take on our service route, I was so impressed! George has been great to work with from the beginning, and made it very, very easy to get things rolling. Now that we've used them since April 2015, I can't imagine having any other service. They are fast, dependable, and professional, and competitively priced...there's nothing more I need.
