Great!! First time at POLO cleaners-
won’t be the last!! The employees were so very helpful, checking labels for the best options to preserve my old white furry Gortex coat. They texted me -when the coat was ready (in less than 1 day) as promised. I
was delighted by the “new customer” price.

Great customer service! even helped me unload my rug from my car. Haven't checked my bedspread yet, but needed some stains removed And they did it quickly. Also folded it Neatly in a nice plastic bag. I felt like a VIP!

Polo cleaners is the best, the quality of their service is excellent. I also have a lot of alterations done to my vintage clothes and is always done correctly. Addy is fantastic, she does all my mending patchwork on my jeans her attention to detail is superb.
This 1950s shirt had several holes on the armpit the material is a bit fragile. Addy did a great job fixing it.

So disappointed, was hoping to have this be my new dry cleaner. I called ahead to make sure they could do a military starch on a pair of pants I was wearing to an event. Dropped off my order and they said it would take an extra day to do the starch. No problem, my event was the 3 days away, when I went to pick up my pants, no starch... Was still an hour and a half before they closed, so I asked if they could help and go ahead and do the starch.
After checking their manager... They refused, didn't mind charging me though...

Great place! The team was so kind and helpful. I asked for an estimate on the items I dropped off and though they couldn’t provide it on the spot they reassured me they would call in 30 minutes with the cost and they did. Amazing place
