As a 3PL firm, we use Piedmont for all of our commercial San Jose warehousing needs. They are prompt, detail oriented and responsive, especially when there is fire on site. Piedmont handles all of the moving and storage needs for over 30 of our private schools. Their service is impeccable. Adrianna Melgar is excellent at handling all Operational needs. She is responsive and always helpful. She works with our schools to make sure that whatever they needs is delivered in a timely manner, and she works with me to keep it all organized. Tony Sierra, in Dispatch, goes above and beyond to make sure that we have everything that we need. In addition to delivering and removing items from our schools, Tony and his team handle the installation of furniture and fixtures. I count on him and his excellent service. His team is professional and we appreciate all that they do to make sure that we have what we need. They are careful and skilled when installing furniture in the schools and their personalized customer service is beyond expectation.

I work for a fast growing medical robotic company, very often do we have new robotic systems being delivered to hospitals around the US. I’ve had other companies assist in these deliveries, and it’s noticeable when I have a non-Piedmont company making the delivery. Piedmonts communication is above and beyond. I say this as a Marine of 8, years and a prior security contractor. Communication and it’s evolution in real time is an important variable to any companies mission accomplishment, this means no matter how diverse a situation becomes that all variables are identified and communicated as soon as possible, from top to bottom, to ensure seamless execution and to keep all parties happy. I will honorably mention Gabe Correa. When I work with Gabe I know I do not have to double check his work, punctuality and Gabe does not stand idle when there’s work to be done, Gabe engages with the physical labor on unloading and unpacking, even so Gabe has helped to escort the robots into the surgical areas when there’s a lack of manpower to assist. Gabe is, at a minimum, the standard of worker I personally recommend to anyone looking for a productive and proactive thinking employee. Adrianna and Bryanna, who work more in a logistical command setting are always on top of communication to the extent that if it’s a time pressing matter they will make direct contact with me on my personal cell on not simply wait on an email response. As a person whose job directly afflicts patient care in the robotic surgical world, thank you you guys. It’s been two years working together and your performance has been consistent.
