The lady that groomed my puppy today was so kind to newly adopted shelter dog she came in with lots of matted spots of fur. She was gentle, sweet and took her time. She even let me stand with my puppy to ease my girls nerves. 😁

I had an awesome visit to Pet Supplies Plus this morning! The staff was super helpful in answering all my questions, and the store had everything I needed—including baked birthday treats for dogs, which are surprisingly hard to find in Huntsville.

The atmosphere here is so friendly that even the customers get in on it—one guy (who didn’t even work there) recommended a toy his puppy loves, and I decided to grab one. It turned out to be fantastic! My dog hasn’t put it down since coming home!

Overall, this place is a gem—great selection, great people, and a great experience every time. Highly recommend!

I’ve gotten 2 great hamsters from here that lived 2+ healthy years. I’ve also gotten long-lasting, high quality toys for my dogs here. The staff is also always great and helpful.

However, although they may have a picture of a Pekingese on their wall by the salon, they cannot groom pekingeses! In 2022 they took 2+ days to do our 11 y/o Pekingese’s fur and he was given an uneven puppy-cut which took months to grow out. I’m not sure where in Huntsville good haircuts for Pekingeses are provided, but I would not recommend this place.

I love this store. I'm not usually a fan of big chain stores, but this one keeps the small shop feel. They also have ALL the healthy foods and treats for my dogs and cats. I can finish brands here that you can only find online.

I also use them for grooming my St. Berdoodle. I am so very happy with the grooming services. They know what they are doing and can help you. They are kind to the dogs!! There are horror stories from other big box stores, but this store treats my dog like their own. He is always happy and never scared to go or when I pick him up. He goes to them happily and is excited to see them. That tells me a lot. Alyssa is our groomer , and she is so sweet. She has helped me figure out the type of cut that is best for my dog and his coat. I highly recommend them❤️

My husband noticed that our dog food rang up incorrectly (charged for a 40lb bag for a 24lb bag), as well as another in-store promo that wasn’t applied to our purchase. He went back to address the concern with the manager, who 1) snatched the receipt from him before he could even finish speaking, 2) YELLED at him, even though he was being calm and respectful, then 3) accused us of stealing a receipt in the parking lot (?). Absolutely unprofessional and unhinged behavior. Never again.

My Dog has been raised on Stella and Chewy Freeze dried Raw. Only they carry it. I love the self serve dog wash stations and the people are great. Buddy likes it there.

Love this store! Very clean and the employees are always kind and helpful. Alyssa and Raine always do a great job with grooming my labradoodle despite her puppy energy.

Everybody there is very friendly and helpful. They greet you when you walk in. They will also order or check online for products. Smiles all around. We also adopted a kitty from A new leach on life through them. They were extremely helpful with all of the paperwork and phone calls. Charlie is the one on the right, turtle is on the left. She is the one we adopted.
