I am pleased to share my outstanding experience with Caren Carnine-Oliva at PMM. I have been an Association Board Member and Officer of several HOA's (including Mirage Cove)and have served on a variety of committees, so I am familiar with the importance of a competent and knowledgeable Property Manager. Caren is such an individual. She is responsive to all requests and ensures that action is taken on all matters that come to her attention. During Board meetings, she is prepared and has all the information necessary and is able to answer questions and counsel the Board on all Association rules, laws, and procedures. In my 14 years living at Mirage Cove, I can unequivocally say that she is the best property manager we have had.

Horrible Customer Service. Lazy, Shiftless, Lacking Courtesy Skills. This is the first time I’ve dealt with an HOA Property Management Firm since recently purchasing my home in an HOA community and it has not been a positive one. I was not given a Remote Control, at the close of escrow last week, for the Security Gate to enter my private neighborhood. I called the Property Management Company to ask where to obtain one. They basically forwarded me to a voicemail for a lady named Heidi who was the assigned Manager for my community. I was insured by David that she would be calling me within 24 hours cause that’s their policy. I didn’t get a call until 4 days later on Monday when Heidi left a voicemail informing me that it was not her responsibility and to contact the local HOA Mgr. That’s a moot point since I decided to be proactive and knock on doors on Saturday morning and obtained the local HOA President’s phone number who met with me and sold me a new Remote Control. Problem solved regardless of the Property Managements Incompetence and Lackadaisical Work Ethic. I also received a letter from my Escrow Company informing me that the Property Management company had raised my HOA Fee by $20. They did not Honor the advertised HOA Rate listed on realtor.com just a week ago. I called the Property Management company on Monday again to be redirected to another voicemail. I received a call from David and had a very contentious discussion about the lack of courtesy shown to a new HOA customer on top of the dishonorable rate increase. David informed me that it was not his responsibility to honor the advertised rate and that I should take up the issue with the seller and real estate agent for deceptive advertising on Realtor.com. If this is the type of behavior I can expect from this Property Management Co going forward; During our next Board Meeting,I am going to Adamantly Demand our community go with another more Reputable Property Management Company.

My mom passed away. I’m trying to sort out her debt and this company refuses to remove all kinds of absurd collection fees. I’ve been ready to pay for months and they are the least helpful people to deal with after losing your parent.

I am just appalled at how little they seem to care. Patricia is the gatekeeper and really the only person you can speak to. Going through my moms documents they seem to be more concerned with threatening a fine over a trashcan left out on the street an extra day vs having some decency to remove some bogus (and extremely high) collection fees.

I honestly don’t know much about this community as I don’t live in the desert, but I would never recommend someone buy a property here.

I recently purchased a property where Personalized mang company maintains .
In less than a month I discovered current & history of rat infestation , poor pool maintain ace and not one single neighbor that spoke highly or positively about the manag company .
I tried as a new home owner to work with the manag company to prevent future problems , but I had nothing but reckless / irresponsible answers that puts my home and my investment at risk

I had always Had the experience of dealing with Ppm on the vendor side and it has been a beautiful long experience in business relationship Have never had a problem. Everyone has always been professional and respectful and now I’m dealing with Ppm a property management side as I have just moved in To Indian Palms country club and Shelly is the property manager here and she has been amazing through it all she has always answered her Her messages as soon as possible and has always had an answer And if she doesn’t have it, she make sure that she gets me one. I can’t say anything bad about Ppm. If you’re looking for property managers, they are the ones to go with.

I know many people like to take shots at HOA,s. Not us. PPM, Shelly and Nick do a fantastic job managing Indian Palms CC. I call with an issue on a dying tree in front of my house. Shelly offered to take it out and Vintage completed the take today. So much better for us and our neighbors!
They also seem to be doing a really good jog handling STVR noise, no easy. I support them 100%
Keep up the hard work!
