Drivers beware, make sure you bring in provisions. Food, water, a hefty dose of patience. Don’t worry about running out your clock because you’ll sit so long you’ll get a full break in. Checked in at 11:30 for a 1 pm. They took my number and said they would call me when then load was ready. No problem since I was early. 1 pm came and went, so did 2 pm. Went in to check and they said the order wasn’t pulled and couldn’t give any ETA. 3 pm comes and goes and so does 4 and 5. Finally got in a dock somewhere around 6 pm and out of there by 7:30 pm. So much for making on time delivery. Avoid at all costs.

No restroom for truck drivers. We aren't animals, what do they expect us to do with unreasonable loading times, use their grass?

Product not ready until multiple hours after appointment for loading.

What a great experience! Our delivery driver was very professional and went above and beyond to make sure that our item was safely unpackaged and set up! I would highly recommend Leon out of the Grapevine location any day to deliver perfect service.

They are a logistics group that knows nothing about logistics or driving. Expect a long delay when you show up. When you get there they might have your load, might not. It takes at least an hour to load a truck so if there is 4 trucks in line when you get there, you'll be there 5 hours. They do not have facilities, yet another place where we are denied basic human needs. They decided that since they didn't load a previous truck correctly that I would be willing to haul my load and the part they didn't load on the other truck that was going the same place I was. Luckily I can haul 46.5k otherwise I would have been over weight. The next time I come here, which I hope is never, I'm not letting them use me to correct their oversight. I'm the driver, not the logistics that does not seem to understand logic. Would not recommend coming here.

If delivering/pick up for Calix go by dock 45 (all the way at end) there’s a door with #10 on it.. if no one there ring the green bell on right side! Pretty quick to unload .. was out within 40mins. Overall, pretty good experience and cool folks!
