RUN AWAY. If I could give 0 stars I would. Do yourself a favor and rent from ANYWHERE else in the city before you even called to inquire here. Please, don’t make the same mistake I did in picking such an awful, unprofessional place to store my belongings. They placed private locks on my unit over a miscommunication, and forced me to either pay for a second unit or forfeit my single unit. Please, please, please do not fall for the same trap I did.

I would not recommend using this storage place at all we've had so many bad experiences including having to push the gate open to get in they had us down for the wrong unit and claimed it was our fault and they cut out lock off and said they wouldn't replace it even tho we was current on our payment and it was their mess up and they said they was gonna get their lock off yesterday and here it is today and it's still on their and their taking their sweet time don't care if we have stuff to do so yes worst experience ever never use them
