My one-stop shop for all my shipping needs! UPS, FedEx, USPS, they cover it all here! And they have notary, ID, lamination services and even more! (Keep in mind the UPS Store will NOT accept FedEx!)

In February my brother & I had to take a trip to Fort Myers, Florida. There was family business we had to take of w/ our Mom. Not really sure how to navigate what needed done. This place was the 1st we had to find. A associate from Truist bank told us were to go for help. The POA(power of attorney),notarized, among other stuff. Pak-n-ship at Del Pradois were we went.Oh did I mention that our Mom had been diagnosed in 2024 with Dementia. She hid this from us and everything was a mess.The employees at the business were fantastic with helping. By end of working to get info for us, they all wanted to take Mom home and keep her. These folks went above and beyond my expectations with helping my family's scary visit to being able to finish the business at hand and enjoy a weekend in Florida. Pak-n-Ship staff Devin(notary) and their witness for POA were just the most awesome display of what customer service should be like,THANKS a million times over. 👍😊❤️🙏

Jennie/Jen is very rude and short tempered. She appears very aggravated that she even has to work. Only 2 people in the store and she rushed me and very condescending about the 3 questions I had. Definitely not customer service driven and she focuses more on telling you what you need to do versus doing what needs to be done per her position. Packing and shipping is not rocket science. She definitely shouldn’t be at the counter doing customer service. Horrible experience.
