As an insurance adjuster, I frequently need a notary public to settle insurance claims around Southeast Alabama. I found this place using Google. Yesterday, they were very friendly and helpful. The notary, Miss Sheila, had a very nice sense of humor, was kind, helpful, and helped my insured through the process of signing all the documents necessary to settle the total loss on his truck. She even made copies of his documents for him and put them in a folder for him. Great service! I will definitely use this place again should I have a need. Absolutely!

Let me just say if they had a 10 stars that’d be what this company deserves. The staff here go above and beyond to help their customers. The kindness and patience these employees have is truly off the chart . I am so very thankful that we have a company in our town is so happy and willing to help their customers. Due to a chronic illness I’m unable to get out and physically shop like others. So we do a lot of shopping & returning online & sometimes merchants require specific things in order for pack n ship to be able to help you with your return. They are so patient and willing to tell you exactly what you need in order to make the return a successful one. I encourage you to let them assist you in your returns .
