Not a good storage unit I have been going through them since 2022 but once the ownership changed everything went downhill. There is rodent infestation in ALL UNITS because I have family members that I recommended to the facility and they all have rodent damage now as well as water leaks. The owners say they are not liable for the damage when they do not make it known in the agreement that rats will infest your unit.

Horrible customer service. I went in to rent a storage unit and had already started the process online. When I set up the rental online it charged my card BEFORE I was able to read and sign the lease agreement. This was the first red flag. Next, I was not able to view the lease on my phone. It was way too difficult . So I went into the office to sign. Online, when I paid it said I was paying $1 for "the first month", and the total would be $26 for the first month with fees. When I went in first of all the overweight dude in the office was just hostile with his manners and the way he acted. He was NOT treating me as if I was someone bringing paying business to the company but instead someone he just had to "deal with". He went through his whole script about what I'm allowed to keep in the storage unit (even though it did not align what the paperwork said), and never mentioned anything about payments except for the payment needing to be paid on the first of every month. I said ok. Then after I signed, he said "you're going to owe another payment in 2 days being as today is the 28th your first month payment is only good for 2 days." I said UH WHAT. He then proceeded to try to blame ME for making a "mistake" even though I was not allowed to read the lease before my card was charged online, and then he never gave me a print out to read in the office nor did he explain to me my first month would only be paying for 2 days, and that I could come back in 2 days and rent the unit on the 1st to get the full month out of my first payment. He explained NOTHING along those lines. So of course I canceled the rental. Then he refused to give me a refund so I had to call my bank to dispute. They really tried keeping my money even though they provided NO service. Thats just horrible customer service. ANY reasonable business who's not hungry for money would let customers know their first payment is only covering 2 days. Then he had the audacity to tell me it was my own fault. Wow. These are exactly the type of businesses I will never do business with. I went to Derrells Mini Storage and they PRORATED the first 2 days just like ANY normal business would, then charged me for a full month on the 1st. So these people lost my business and should lose yours too. If you don't want to feel like pulling your hair out, just go somewhere reputable like Derrells.

Very clean storage facility. They do make you pay an insurance for your unit in case of flood or burglary so be ready when you walk in to sign up. Also you can get specials if you first contact them via online by phone! They are open till 8:00 p.m. every day and is very convenient

Do NOT feel good about this place , very bad customer service and sky high charges. I didn’t pay for one month on my two units , one is 70 a month and the other is 130. I go in to pay today and they are charging almost 800$,for one month. This is crazy and then they don’t except debit card so I go get cash. And Then they say they don’t give reciepts. I asked what ? I’m not going to pay if you don’t give reciepts. He said he can only email them. So I pay 311 for one and he emails me a simple reciept. And then I pay for the other one 456$ and he says he can’t give a reciept at all. I told him I need some kind of reciept or I’m calling the police. He gave me back the 456$ . This place is crooked. I’m sure people are getting robbed by these people. I asked for a copy of my contract and he said I can look but can’t take it or copy it !!!!!!!!!!!!!!’n Beware!!!!!!!!!

This storage facility is very clean and well managed. The staff are excellent at their job and polite. They even have climate controlled units, if you’re looking for that. I would recommend them, if you’re looking for a storage unit.

For the prices to go up twice and now insurance it's ridiculously over priced when I come from across town to sit in the parking lot for over an hour and they're not friendly at all. Need responsibility respectful workers.
