This company obviously by its reviews has no regard to public safety. I was walking my dog and was nearly run down by a dump truck #58 as I crossed the street in my own neighborhood. I have filed a complaint with the fmcsa and lets see if this type of attitude for the complete lack of respect for the public continues.

Watch the drivers times on their load weight.
Caught them getting weighed fully loaded and getting out of the weigh in line only to turn around and get weighed again so they can scam
More logged loads for more pay!
It takes 45 mins to run to the quarry and return.

If I could rate zero, I would. Had one of their drivers today on 54 in Texas, near the Oklahoma border try to hit me and run me off the road. He was doing 64, 63 and the two lanes were merging into one. I'm governed at 68. When he sees the lanes ending he speeds up, and points to the sign of lane ending. If he was professional, he would've allowed me to pass. Instead he plays chicken, and attempts to hit me multiple times, then speeds through on the shoulder, forcing me into the opposing lane. This guy was the cliché trucker, long greasy hair, grungy looking, beat up, dirty truck, and looking like he just got finished smoking the meth pipe. That old man would've lost a few teeth today if he stopped. Obviously safety isn't a priority for this company when you have people like that working there.

One of their drivers today not only cut off an entire left lane of speeding cars when I was in the right lane but then he slowed down so I continued at the speed limit of the highway only to be honked at and flicked off. So professional and what a way to represent the company in front of my kids.

One of their drivers is constantly using social media while driving in heavy traffic and their safety manager doesn’t seem too care. Even with presented evidence. No wonder they have a conditional rating.
