How incompetent are you guys? You don't even deserve 1 star.

After dealing with customer support on chat 3 times and being assured by 2 agents that my info was updated, notes added to the delivery, my new address and notes escalated to the driver, etc. the driver still delivered the package to the old address. 7 hours dealing with this and for nothing. Support is meaningless if you don't actually provide it. What's the point of doing all that if you're just gonna deliver it to the wrong address anyways? And you can't call and talk to anyone, they force you to use their chat service. All garbage, a waste of time, and I'm out my package as I now live hundreds of miles away from my old house it was delivered to. And the OnTrac here just drops packages over the gate anyways 'cause they can't be bothered to open the gate and set it down instead. The company in general is horrible. You may be fast, but what's the point in being fast if you deliver the packages to the wrong addresses and/or damaged? Look at all the other reviews and see a pattern... Incompetent. If I can ever help it, I will never use this company, EVER.

The picture On Trac uploaded to show that my package was delivered is not my home. I have no idea whose house it is, but this is not my house. It's really easy to use a GPS on a cell phone or tablet. There is no excuse to give my items to a different person at a completely different location. My home is easy to find.

If I could give zero stars I would. My $1200 monitor from Newegg came smashed. The order was also supposed to released via signature and the Ontrac delivery person left the package at the door without even ringing the doorbell. I have downloaded footage from my ring camera to verify this. If I had the choice, I would never allow Ontrac to touch my parcels. I sincerely hope your business just fails.

You guys have had my package for 3 days. I can't get any help on the website and there is no logical reason why you are not delivering my package
Edit: almost two weeks later, the package is in Fresno and they still have not delivered it. Guess it is time to file a complaint with the BBB
Edit #2: I had to go to the facility to find out that they delivered my package to the wrong address, even though my status kept saying delivery delayed, they lied and refused to retrieve the package from the address they delivered it to. Unbelievable. Absolutely garbage and deserve to go out of business

Just earlier while we were on Shaw a OnTrac van sped up and cut off our car. Even though there was a good amount of distance when we merged onto the street about 4 car lengths of distance. This driver sped up and decided to speed up and cut us off and was clearly going above the normal speed limit. We were at 60mph and the driver 11r1r1rwr 12th rrr1was about 80-85 mph. This is very unprofessional of this driver.

If i could give a negative -5 i absolutely would! Absolutely the dam worst delivery company EVER!
I was expecting a package after 6 days of lies from the delivery people saying they attempted delivery but had no gate access when the there was no gate i sat out there and watched my status go from out for deliveryto Attempted delivery with no deliveryvan in sight!. I Verified they had the right address it was right. I Called so many times to get assistance and everyone is useless. I finaly lost my patience I have not been able to get a hold of anyone I still have no package 6 days later. I was promised a call back Saturday within 2 hrs. Here I am Monday afternoon still waiting for a call or update on my pacage and still... NOTHING! WTH IS WRONG WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!
I have contacted the BBB and filed a formal complaint maybe that will help get some answers and speed up the process of a call back smh.

If I could give ZERO STARS I gladly would. Stay away from this business and select another popular delivery company because these guys are incompetent. I had ordered one thing which was bulky and requested to have it delivered to my residence. The email showed it was "delivered ". But there was no package at my front door. I know there are porch pirates out there but this was an obscure piece that didn't have any value except for me. I'm almost willing to bet the driver stole it. Sure wish I had a ring camera to prove my case. Please select a more reputable company like FedEx or UPS. I'm still fighting to get a replacement package.

Bought a laptop from Best Buy on 9/13 with delivery for 9/15. OnTrac picked it up and got it to their delivery facility by 4:46 am on 9/14. New estimated delivery 9/14. My package was scanned on Tuesday the 14th @ 4:46 am. At 3:34 OnTrac tracking page said Staged for loading on delivery truck. At 6:04 I look at tracking page and it says Event has caused a delay of your delivery. New delivery is 9/15. On 9/15 my package wasn't scanned but now tracking page repeats Event has caused a delay of delivery. Now delivery moved to 9/16. Here's the best part I tell Best Buy what's happening, representative looks and then she tells me OnTrac has lost package then refunded my money, then OnTrac tells Best Buy I refused the delivery. WTH
