Waded through hundreds of car movers reviews and this company had the best reviews. Hired them to move a pickup truck I bought off Ebay from S. Carolina to Detroit. Called them April 8th, my vehicle was picked up on the 9th and delivered promptly on the 11th. Great communication and reasonable cost (850 miles for $1150.). Truck arrived in great shape. I worked with Brian to coordinate a vehicle transfer for my friend. He was very informative and clear on what was included in the service. He was also patient in answering all of the questions that we had.

Once it was time for the service, the dispatcher and truck driver were very professional and offered clear communication. They also ensured that when the car was dropped off, we had the proper documentation to ensure a safe drive back home. The car was safely delivered with no damage to the vehicle.

Great and reliable auto transporter company. I used them to ship a car from Colorado to Long Island. John provided me a timeframe for the pick up and they came for the car within less than 2 days and then were able to deliver the car to my house in less than 4 days. Can’t thank them enough for the speedy transport of my vehicle without any damages which clearly was welcomed and assumed. I will certainly use them again when needed.

These guys (Sam) are straight shooters! They shipped two cars for me a week apart and the dates they promised to pick up and deliver were all met with awesome, polite and respectful drivers!
A lot of these brokers will low ball the price to lock in your commitment and not perform until you agree to higher fees; however, these guys charge what they quote and perform as promised! They rock!

Number 1 Auto moved my car from Nj to CA last month and Rob did a great job! He was available on the phone all the time and his response time was super fast. He found carrier within 24 hours when all the other brokers were unable to find drivers for days, Car was picked up exact date and delivered to California within 5 business days. There aren't enough words to describe how much Number 1 Auto Transport exceeded my expectations. From the moment of my initial inquiry, Marc R. responded quickly and provided me with details of the process and timing of the transport. He set reasonable timeframes and was upfront about cost, payment processing, insurance coverage, and transport time.

Once I confirmed that I wanted to move forward, Marc immediately called the dealership and introduced himself and explained what the dealership could expect from Number 1 when picking up the vehicle. Even the dealership was impressed!

On June 6, 2023, I confirmed my intention to move forward and my car was picked up the same day from the Pacific Northwest region and headed to Texas! Rob from Number 1 stayed in contact with me and shared expected delivery throughout the process and shared my driver's name. During this time, I experienced an unexpected death in my family and would not be in town at the estimated time of arrival of the car. I explained this to Rob and he reconfirmed that the car would make it to me on June 11, 2023.

My driver, Dima, was great! He kept me updated a day before his arrival and on the same day of delivery, he told me where to meet him and he was punctual. When we arrived, Dima had the car off the truck, we inspected the vehicle, and we were on our way. Fast and efficient.

While I am not one for long reviews, I find it necessary to share my experience if anyone is leery. I got the heebie-jeebies after talking to and corresponding with some of these transport companies. The other companies were grimy, overly aggressive in their approach, and spammed me with calls and texts with no details on how to professionally earn my business. Number 1 was the opposite.

It took a lot of research and my nerves were bad, honestly. I never thought I'd find a reliable and professional transport until I found Number 1 Transport. Marc, Rob, and Dima were THE best and I am so thankful for them. I highly recommend and would use this company again.
