Absolute garbage. Lucky for them they are the only provider for my area, otherwise I’d switch. I literally have to restart my router 3-4 times a week to get connection. Then when I call and ask about it, all I get is “I don’t know why it’s doing that.” Again...absolute garbage.

Absolutely Garbage they took my money and won't give it back and make threatening statements about turning our internet off! Talk about MONOPOLIZATION! So so wish we could get other services!
