Came here very skeptical and I've made some very good money here. All the way up to CEO are very helpful and appreciate there drivers as long as that truck is putting miles on it. They are about their money and want to see the drivers succeed as well. They care about their drivers and respect each driver just like any other company. Thought I had found the company for me and wish I would have been here years ago.

They are full of lies, the company depends on brokers load and they are cheap paying loads. All what they care about is their trucks. You are not going to make nothing over there, if you have a dream of owning a truck then this isn’t the company for you. Their Dispatchers are living in Moldova but they act like they know here more than the drivers , if you’re there and you make $5000 as your gross you are not taking home more than $500.You’re not going to get home time from these people. Don’t ever trust this company
They will sell old securement equipment for new price, they will tell you to create account call pto and is your money but they lie. You are not going to get this money back.Be prepared to work hard for little money

This carrier runs OD loads for me weekly and communicate very well, if something happens to one truck, most of the time they can recover on another truck! Paul Gulco knows my freight and how it needs to be handled and makes sure that every driver he sends in there knows what is expected! Look forward to long lasting relationship with Nova Lines!

I've been with Nova Lines for about 6 months now and everything has been great. Orientation was smooth and the staff are very professional. My dispatcher and safety department has also done a great job with all my loads/maintenance requests. Nova Lines is a great company!

I’ve been a driver with Nova for 6 months now and am impressed with the efficiency and transparency of this company. Each dispatcher only works with a handful of drivers which gives them more time to find good loads and negotiate for the best rates possible so there’s no sitting and waiting. It’s also not forced dispatch so you can accept or decline any load you want completely stress free but the dispatchers are very knowledgeable and know the best profitable lanes to run. The equipment is also top notch and the maintenance department will assist you with anything you need, whether it be finding parts or service centers with no wait times for pay approvals. With any company you get what you put into it, if you run hard you can see great returns and they’ll also get you home when you need to be. The lease program is one of the best that I’ve seen, I would very much recommend this company to anybody looking to work to own their own truck and trailer and make good money while doing so.

I have been with nova lines For over one year it's been great. My dispatcher max is top notch. Every job comes with a few hiccups and with trucking. It's usually due to repairs, but you have to understand it's all part of it if I have a breakdown Nova is fast to take care of it and get me back on the road.. But I usually do not have any breakdowns.Or mechanical failures because the equipment I have is new and I make sure and do my post trip and pre trip to prevent breakdowns. They don't give you a used truck. If you don't want a used truck, you can get a brand new truck. It's up to you. They are not going to force you to drive something you don't want to drive. The money is good i've been happy with the staff. I have experienced nothing but professionalism from all departments and they have been straight up the entire process. They haven't told me any stories. They have kept their word every step of the way. They also do their best to get me home when I want to be home. I have been to several companies and I can honestly say this is where I would like to finish my career. Been very happy with nova lines.

You also have to keep in mind anybody that leaves a negative review.Because they are unhappy is usually because things did not go their way Or did not go the way they thought it would. That is why it's important to do your research and understand what you are getting into with any job. There are ups and Downs with any job. It's all what you make of it. You cannot jump behind the driver's seat of a truck and expect to make good money while doing very little.. It takes hard work and dedication but if you're willing to do both You can do very well at nova lines.

Good people, management is very respectful and listens to the drivers with a conscious mind. Trucks in working order(201), may need still some work on when you get it, they work with you to get the issues resolved.

Dispatchers are overseas, there is a little bit of a language barrier. Sometimes you do have to work up the chain to get things addressed due to the things lost in translation.

Old school with TripPaks

Able to to make decent money

Don't bother coming here if you're actually wanting to be an owner, You're just a glorified company driver. Get told where to go how to get there, Even have to take photos of your load to show that you know what you're doing, regardless of how long you been doing it. Your hand is held literally the entire time. If you're into that sort of thing then good for you, but if you're actually here to be your own boss, Don't waste your time, and don't you dare mess up that log, Even though they can alter it all day long, If they can't fix it, or change it at what they seem fit, they will shut you down for 7 days no pay, you either stay in the truck, Will you find your own way home during that 7-day shutdown. On top of that, If unless you have your own equipment they charge an insane amount of money for used junk equipment. All they run are freightliner condo sleepers, the dispatch is all in Moldova, and constantly want to argue when you want to go home.
