My husband has worked for this company for 7 years and has been paid correctly every single paycheck. Every year the company gives a stipend of money to purchase the required clothing and boots to do the job. Every year, they've had driver appreciation parties in the summer and winter and the gifts given to the driver have always been WAY MORE than expected. This company cares about the driver's wives. We are the ones holding down the fort at home with our children and lives and this company recognizes that and offers gifts at these appreciation parties that the wife would love. That shows me that they actually think about the lives of their drivers. My husband has had breakdowns but that's normal. He's always gotten the fixes needed and in a timely manner. I can't remember once when he sat for a long period of time waiting on a repair. My husband has driven truck for 23 years and refuses to run illegal. It's not in him to do that and he has never been requested by anyone to do so. This'll my husband would have left this colony if it had ever been done because he has integrity. I know that he may have had some disagreements with dispatchers about loads but when we drove team for 2 other companies, we did too. That's normal. Our lives have been positively impacted by this company throughout the years.
