DO NOT haul for this Company. Factoring Companies will not work this company, and that says alot. They will not pay you within the agreed 30 days. I`ve tried contacting them, and they ignored my calls and emails. It wasn't until I told them I was going to file a claim for non payment that they responded. They tried to buy more time and told me that they were going to mail me a check, and that was two weeks ago. Approaching almost 2 months and I have not been paid. DO NOT HAUL for them ,you'll have to chase your money down, or file a claim against their bond to get paid.

Its being 45 days since we delivered this load and they havent pay. They said they pay in 30 days. I have been sending her emails for days and she is just ignoring me. She said last time we were going to get pay on 07/22 as of today, we havent receive a payment. Dont do business with this broker. Our factoring did not take them either. We should have checked before taking this load, now we are struggling to get pay.

The owner of this company is a nice guy. The broker he has working for him can be extremely abrasive & hard to work with. If you’re a black truck driver stay away because the broker is white & says the Nword

Horrible they don't pay you do the work then beg 60 days later for your money. There working on it,? I'm now working on a complaint to BBB if I would have been 60 days late delivering load there would have been a problem. Beware... Factoring will not touch this company because they don't pay on time

DAT Board credit score of 64....that’s an "F" rating. Companies like North Shore should not be allowed to broker freight. Steve the owner is dishonest, absolutely no communication after the load was picked up, and his driver apparently knows it all. Nightmare experience.
