Great company to work with, showed up at appointment on time, price agreed on in advance. I had to move a very heavy Surface plate into QC Lab. They did the job in budget and on time. Would definitely hire them again. Thank you, North American Machinery Movers INC.

Booked a machine move, they changed the times on us a few times, dropped my spare pallet, banged up the pallet changer and the bent the door on my machine. These guys shouldn't really be moving 100k + machines I would recommend to stay clear and go with someone else, learned my lesson!

Probably the most unorganized, unprofessional and incompetent rigging company we in our 12 years of selling machinery have ever dealt with. Ended up paying double the amount of money because they sent their crew the first day 4 hours ahead of schedule....had no choice but to re-book them due to time constraints and were charged the full amount TWICE....then to top it all off, the company wastes hours of our day the second day because they cant figure out how to run their own credit card machine, don't know how to receive a wire transfer and then proceed to come and load a $100,000.00 machine while talking on a cell phone. NEVER AGAIN.

I have used North America machinery movers in numerous occasions and are very reliable. Most recently they have came at the last moments notice from my end and have showed up. I highly recommend them and have excellent customer service. Very punctual and very professional. I can not emphasize enough how many times they have saved the day. Again if you are looking for someone who is reliable and has a “can do” attitude I highly and most enthusiastically recommend North American movers. These guys have solutions.

We used North American Machinery to move a very large injection molding machine into our warehouse. They were on time, accommodating and very professional. Their rates were amazing and they were very well organized. We would definitely use them again and will be recommending them to others.

Beware of their quotes that say "Once at the delivery facility the price will defer(change)." They will do everything in his power to rip you off using this disclaimer. They wanted to charge an extra $500 to move an existing machine within my facility that took maybe 10 minutes at most. This was after having to drive my truck onto their flatbed to jump start the forklift. I'm am grateful that we used them for this small job and did not discover his business practices during our 25K sq.ft. facility move next year. They will not be on my list of companies to have quote the upcoming move.

Absolutely terrible experience. Incredibly unprofessional employees who actively talk bad about their boss and the company. There are many other moving companies to consider, and any one of them will be better. Not recommended, unless you want to be over charged.
