Bike had a flat tire, so "ready to ride" wasn't an accurate representation. I had planned to use the bike today but it wasn't in condition to ride.

The included lock is very low quality and will need to be replaced

They were flexible with my delivery time and responsive over email

Item was delivered within announced timeframe. Driver called me upon arrival to receive the item, that was delivered without packaging. I understand this is standard procedure for this kind of goods (15kg car battery). Pleased overall.

Tracking updates were good, only too bad it showed delivery between 8:30 and 11:00 in the morning, then changed to between 14:30 and 16:30. Phone call upon arrival was also nice. Bike did have some small scratches, can’t tell whether from transport or before.
