This place is a joke. I had a drop schedualled for 6AM, I arrives at 5:45AM. During check in they changes the time to 7AM. I didn't get unloaded till 10AM. This is on a Friday..
Not To mention, the lady at the check in "shack" was disrespectful and rude, I go to hand her my paper work with clipboard attached cause that's where I always keep my paper work, and she rudely states "I don't need that I only want the papers". Okay so i hand her the papers and she walk off with them and asks a few minutes later "Do you need a copy". I reply "Yes ma'am", and she gets up put of her chair all angerly and states in a rude, condescending tone "what would you have done if out printer was out!" I think to myself, "well that would be your problem not mine, that's my paperwork, not yours." She then tells me to go park off to the side and wait for a call.
After wasting away 1/4th of my 16hour clock, and calling my dispatch multiple times to get in touch with the customer. I finally get a call from the warehouse manager, telling me I could be unloaded now. So I make my way to the dock. Where I ended up sitting for another 25 minutes waiting on someone to come unload me...
Let's talk about the room tempature IQ yard jockies they have driving through here, none of them pay attention or have any situational awareness, I was almost hit by then multiple times, they drive on which ever side of the road they want. I had one driver just whip infront of me amd start driving head on with me just because he wanted to throw some trash in a dumpster without waiting on me to pass or without getting out of his truck, then he looked at me like it was my fault. Another guy was parked perpendicular to the trailers looking down doing paper work, and as I was about to pass he suddenly looked up and pulled infront of me, Then once he looked in his mirrors and saw me behind him, he pulled over and stared at me like it was my fault he almost hit me. This all happened with my hazards flashing too while most these giys didnt even have theirs on.
Then to top it all off, on the way out the gate, I stop at the security shack for the exit check, and it takes the lady forever to open. The security shack doors, and when she does, shes sitting in a chair on her phone. I ask her what she needs from me, and she says "I need to check the back" then acts like it's the end of the world when she has to put her phone down, and climb out of her chair, and waddle to the back to check it..
What a circus full of clowns... I can't believe Nissan employees these kind of people. Weak work ethic and Disrespectful. Pure LAZY!
I drove the entire almost 800 miles yesterday, with no time to stop for anything except for fuel and to #1. I didn't eat, just so I could get the load delivered on its schedualled time! I drove into the night, and got less than 4 hours of sleep, all because "the load was important" but apparently not important enough for you to UNLOAD @ APPOINTMENT TIME.
Next time you expidite a load, take the load at its schedualled delivery time, or fire the circus clowns you call employees and hire better ones that will do their job, and not prevent others like me from doing theirs!
What an absolute joke of an establishment.
