These ppl are amazing. Cheap prices. Can email them all the qs you want and they don't have any issues with that. Very nice and helpful. I have extremely bad anxiety and it's even harder for me to leave the truck then to leave the house. So they offered to come out and get my couple of items. Huge huge help. Me just thinking bout going in some place triggers a panic attack.

I had some very large artwork and stained glass that needed to be shipped halfway across the country. They were very professional, packaging the pieces securely to insure minimum chance of damage.

Newport Post, Pack and Ship is the most welcoming, efficient and the easiest business to work with. I had two hand-made ceramic items that I needed to ship for Christmas. Needless to say I was very worried that they would be broken before they reached their destination. I watched as they were packed with extreme care. They arrived at their destinations in perfect condition. I don't think they would have arrived intact if I had packed them at home. Newport PP and S had the materials needed to ensure their safe delivery. Furthermore, the gentleman who packed my items did it with a great disposition and with a smile the whole time.

Today I got an email that informed me that I needed to return a document that needed to be printed, notarized and faxed back. Great! I have no printer or fax and trying to find a notary in Newport is a chore to say the least. I sent the document to Newport PP and S to have it printed out. Come to find out they also have a notary! It took less than 5 minutes to have the document printed, notorized and faxed. What a lifesaver! Again the lady who helped me was very efficient and extremely nice!

I can't recommend Newport Post, Pack and Ship highly enough. They continually meet my shipping and business needs and always greet me warmly. They truely are a huge asset to our community.

I have done eBay for over 20 years and I have moved to Newport a few years ago. I have just discovered this amazing place that does everything and the people are extremely nice. They have everything I need every time with a smile I cannot say enough about this Place To ship I bypass the post office UPS everywhere and I go straight to them and drop off all of my packages! I'm so happy I found this place! I used to do all my shipping through either USPS or UPS but they shut down the UPS office in Newport. Had I known this place existed I never would have used the other places. They are both so pleasant every time I come in. I never use the USPS office anymore, highly recommend these guys!

Wonderful staff and only the very best customer service!!! I went in today to drop off an Amazon return that I was having issues with as far as being able to find where to print off the return label. Gretchen went through the steps on my phone, got the job done and taught me some valuable tips!! Paul got my return boxed up in a more suitable box and ready to ship!! Defenitely going to be my go to shipping destination from here on out!! Fast, efficient,and friendly!! Thank you both!!
