My boyfriend sent me 2 balikbayan boxes from late Nov 2020. As of date though, we have not received it still.

This company does not respond to emails. No updates. No nothing.

Can you please let us know the whereabouts of the said shipments? It's been 5 months since the boxes were sent to your care.

When are we supposed to receive the 2 boxes? Where is it as of this time? What's going on?

Very poor service, 6 months in and package still in singapore. Cannot track package. Always say next week. Told us to call the courier instead. No response in email. No response in call. Nothing. Just take money and then good bye. Very traumatising. If i can give zero i will. Run away!
