I was searching everywhere for a bike for my daughter. I didn’t want to spend $500 on a bike she’s going to grow out of quickly because she’s in the middle of needing a kids bike and the next level up. So I found the most perfect used bike from them. So happy for quality trade ins and! I can take her old bike back to get recycled!

This is the best local bike shop around, hands down. Matt and the crew know how to make you feel like family. They took the time to help me find the perfect gravel bike to fit my riding style. They also have an incredibly knowledgeable service department who are happy to take the time to help you learn what's going on with your bike. Added bonus .. they even have yoga classes in the upstairs studio!

The bike was beautiful for my 3 yr old granddaughter. The knowledge and service was top notch. The guys down there really know their stuff and were soooooo helpful. I’m so glad I went to NBX bikes. Best part is we can trade it in for an upgrade when she grows out of this one

Had a nasty creak or snapping noise in my fork whenever going over roots or rocks. Ben removed fork looking for every possible cause & reassembled without finding an issue. He then removed my dropper seat post & found corrosion, cleaned & lubricated it & voila! No more noise!
Thank you Ben for persisting & sending me home with a smile on my face. And he didn't even call me a dummy!
Ben & NBX get 5 1/2 stars again.
