These folks are always friendly and very helpful. Some companies will put a bad mark on you if you cancel a shipment a couples times in a row, and be less responsive towards you in future calls. My logistics has always treated me right.
If there is any problem with your shipment, from pick up to delivery, they will stay on top of it until it is resolved.
They make shipping easy!

Delivery man was a big help, but company did not call 24 hours in advance as stated to deliver item to our doctors office. 2 patients had to be cancelled in order to receive the 400 lb item which we paid over $200 for delivery because we were not notified or prepared.
