Our company has been hauling for years with Chase to start with but now we work with Tommy. Anytime there’s been an issue they’ve made it right. Communication is key in trucking and they’ve always been great to us no complaints here. When the industry has gotten really tight they have pushed through and helped many families keep food on their tables.

Having had a bad experience with this company, I strongly suggest that you do not book a load with them, as they are unprofessional and do not pay detention or TONU. The company does not even answer the phone or respond to emails. I will post photos of the email I sent, and I hope I will receive a response so that I can post them as well. Please stay tuned if you would like to see a brokerage company that is very unprofessional.

Long story short. HUNTER WISE- ACCOUNT MANAGER of MONTGOMERY LOGISTICS.
Booked a load with him; $700 for a short run. Arrived on site at noon, the shipper said the load is not gonna be ready, but in 2-3 hours. Advised the broker, he assured me the detention is going to be paid.

At around 5pm, i let the broker know again. He said we can leave or we can wait until it's ready, but detention will be paid. We chose to wait.

We ended up loading at 9pm. Next morning, after the load has been delivered, he threw $50 saying the customer is not going to pay anything. It is a waste of time and money and disrespectful.

Please avoid Hunter Wise.
PS: I highly recommend to work with Tommy McGowan, he is a cool guy.

I highly suggest not booking a load with this company. I was at the shipper for over three hours waiting to be loaded with no detention and now I am two hours past my appointment time at the receiver and will not be paid detention no matter how long I wait... They told me when I got here they have nowhere to put this load. After three emails, the first two being from yesterday and two telephone calls myself AND my dispatch have yet to hear from the broker we are dealing with. It took me having to talk with a logistics supervisor in order to receive an email back and it simply said "I'm working on it" and keep in mind, it has been almost an hour and a half since I made the telephone call I hope this review helps at least one person to not have to go through what I am right now. I'm probably going to loose my next two loads because of the incompetence of this company... The worst part is I won't even be compensated for it.

I’ve been hauling multiple loads every week for Chase to start with now Tommy always have been great, anytime there’s been a problem they’ve made it right, communication is key in trucking and they’ve always been great to me no complaints here
