Monica has been my realtor since 2017. She is amazing and responsive. She worked with us in buying our first home, and just 2 years later, buying a rental home. We were working with her on buying a 3rd when my husband suddenly passed away. If it wasn't for that, we had planned on buying at least 5 to rent out! She helped me with rental contracts, finding tenants, and everything in between. She was right there, as soon as she found out about my husband, and has been guiding me through all of it... even though that's not part of her job. I recommend her to everyone who asks! She's licensed in 2 states, so her hands aren't tied if you want to go to MD or VA! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
