The best word to sum up the customer service for the Germantown location is, STELLAR!!! (to say the least). This past week was my third time recommending Minuteman for printed obituaries and all three times I've worked with them, there’s been some form of last minute changes either from the bereaved or from me (the designer) and each time without fail, I’ve been met with nothing but pleasantries.

I consider it an honor when families entrust me with designing their beloveds final celebration of life, and because of that my approach is always to have sincere patience. At the same time, it can be challenging to work with the bereaved, when emotions are high, and waiting to receive the necessary information so I can provide exceptional service. Having someone like Karina on the other end, offering me the same patience I extend to my client-even after my 6th revision at the eleventh hour- is nothing short of a blessing.

These days, I don't find customer service the genuinely wants to serve the customer, all while maintaining professionalism and demonstrating an incredible amount of patience. The finished product of an eight-page printed obituary-despite being almost 24 hours behind due to several changes (on my end)-looked as though they had all the hours they requested to perfect the 200 copy order. So, when I say the customer service is stellar I do not say is lightly, trust me.

Your patience and consistency was noticed, and sincerely appreciated!

I am incredibly impressed with their service and willingness to help. Friendly and willing to go the extra mile. I had called APQ printing and they had wanted to charge me $25 for the minor service I needed. MinuteMan Press GT helped me out and did it for little or nothing!! And with a friendly smile! I had created a Valentines day card in Adobe Express and had the PDFs printed in a card format. The quality and colors was exactly what I expected!! I had some issues with the files and they helped me get them right without adding hidden fees. My girlfriend is going to love her card!! The people here were so sweet, professional, and respected my trans identity!! Plus the dogs they have were super cute & friendly.
