After two failed attempts by Pilot, Mid-South picked up large parcel on time & professionally. Home office called to confirm pick up, driver called 3 times to confirm pick up time and arrived on time. Large 100lb parcel was loaded efficiently. Kudos to company & employees.

I just wanted to lodge a complaint that my order was delivered incorrectly today. I was going to submit it to your website, however your website doesn't even work.
The delivery requirements clearly state 2-man required. My 156lb package was delivered by 1 person.
He leaned it off the side of a rental truck and smashed the corner into the ground. It had a hole the size of my fist in it along with other dents and dings.
His physical fitness was subpar and despite me helping him, he couldn't hardly pick up the package even though I was aiding him.
This is dangerous and a failure in proper safety.

My order from Sam's Club somehow got the wrong address? When I finally tracked down the courier (Mid South), they were polite, prompt and a pleasure to work with. Leigh (delivery driver) went above & beyond to help us unload, set up, etc. Sandy in the office made sure to follow thru with my issue. This all took place in the Christmas rush, kudos to this company.

Ordered a 75” Samsung TV from Sams Club. They are partnered with a company called AIT. AIT outsources a portion of their deliveries to this company.

This was a terrible experience dealing with these people. They called me in the morning of 12-30-21 to let me know my TV was going to be delivered that day. Even talked to Bob, the guy who’s over the routes in Arkansas. Bob told me my delivery was on its way and they would put it on the porch.
Fast forward 2 hours and ole Bob said his delivery driver Sergio wasn’t going to be able to make it. That they would just call me next week when they were in my area again.

To think it’s no big deal to them that this huge tv has been driven all over the place that day and then have to travel back my way again a week later scares me about it’s integrity and theirs.

I hope when you get something shipped it doesn’t end up in this companies hands.

Canceled my order as these folks are the most unprofessional and unconcerned folks in the business.

Huge order went through this company and got lost? Was told I'd get an explanation, never did. Very unprofessional. Don't see how a huge company like ABF would use this company to deliver their stuff. Sounds like this is one of the operations that has stuff "disappear" all the time.

They were very courteous on the phone and during the delivery. The driver went out of his way to make the delivery when I was not able to meet earlier. The driver was very personable and down to Earth. I highly recommend their services to any business or individual.

Walmart somehow didn't have my whole address and a whole different telephone number..now it jas me waiting until the next following week
