Bought a sprayer here from Cole. I was very happy with the team while making the deal, and thought I had a good comfort level to buy it over the phone. But once I put the sprayer in the field, realized there was parts missing, and quite a few problems. Cole had told me it was inspected and field ready, which was obviously not the case, and told me he would cover the cost to fix it. I sent him the invoice 3 months ago with many follow up calls, but he just avoided me.
I was also told verbally that this sprayer had autoboom on it, but since it was not written on the contract, no help there either, so that cost me 20k after the fact. Cole told me he would help me out on the price of parts, but no help their either.
I have bought a lot of used equipment with great success, but this deal has left me very unsatisfied with the lack of support from the dealer. Did I mention that we lost the entire spraying season with this sprayer? good thing i kept my old one.
