This place is horrible with your time. I arrived early. Was the only truck at the docks. And it still took them 6hrs to unload 15 straight pull totes. Don't make the same mistake I did and book a load right after coming here. You will be disappointed.

I worked for this company for six months and it's basically a scam. They hire workers for a certain amount of time and let them go in six months without any chance at unemployment. Also the wages are significantly lower than somewhere else. They told me it was because I was making mistakes but that was a lie.

Don’t waist your hours coming here early the lady take you only at the exactly appointment time…
Once you check in they very quick to load you there’s not parking cuz there’s a lot of traffic you can park just to check you in and go to the docks no restrooms

METRIX is a great company to work with! I have been picking up loads out of Metrix for YEARS and they have always been fast and professional. Everyone is great with communication, and always helpful when they are busy. One of my favorite places to load out of!

You can tell the company has been improving so much, from safety to customer service. The way the staff assist you when you have a question to even give you directions on how to get to their many locations. Metrix staff has been great and especially when you need to resolve something you can definitely get an answer from Yuri. If she tells she’s gonna handle it best believe, she will take care of you.

Good Afternoon coworkers, here I leave you this comment about this warehouse on May 1,2024 we came to pick up a load and the lady who is in the Front Office said that we only carried 44,000 pound of the load. I saw that my truck had a lot of weight, they put me 15 packages of plywood. So I went to weight my truck on a scale and the weight was 89,000 pounds. Here I leave the weight ticket and be very careful with this company.

Metrix has been great to me and especially Yuri who is the safety has been super helpful always willing to help you when you have problems. She’s very patient and she takes the time to teach you and get it done the right way. They have a very valuable person there without her I don’t think anything will get done. If you ever need something reach out to Yuri , I will promise you, you will not be disappointed.
