I brought a deer to yall this year and had it processed. I wanted is ground into hamburger. I know it sat in my ice chest with lid closed for 3 weeks. It has so much grissel and bad taste we cannot eat it.

Excuse Me!!!!!
What I started with was simply asking a question referencing my merchandise I had ordered over a week ago, you ended it with you yelling and cussing. I have been trying to send in a response to your ridiculous response which you were trying to make yourself sound so innocent. NOT! Lady, bottom line You Just Got Caught by your customers finding out how rude and unprofessional you can be over the phone.
Bottom line, when a customer orders a product and you are out of that product, contacting that customer and letting them know would of been a good idea. But instead you chose not to let me know that the delivery of that order would be delivered a little later than normal. That is what you call common curiosity, sounds like your not too familiar with that. Of course, it's obvious now. Look, I am a Senior and I did not appreciate your disrespectfulness, the yelling and cussing. You are a horrible person and very unprofessional. For the Wife of the Owner of this Company, you need to clean up that mouth of yours. I know how I was treated by you, and you know it was wrong. " You Just Got Caught" The Nicholson's Brother's would never treat a Customer in this fashion. They were very sweet, nice, decent people and very professional. I've read a lot of your reviews and I definitely agree, since the Nicholson's have been taken over by you people, the service is not the same. I was Blessed to have met the Nicholson's Brother's, wonderful people. Can't say the same about you. Wish you the best....

This place is amazing! I had a steer processed and the cuts and packaging were absolutely perfect! The staff is friendly, and very helpful. Lots of specialty meats, and cute merchandise. Highly recommended.

Since being bought out, quality has really gone down. We have bones in 11 of our packages of ground beef so far and are throwing the rest away. The new owner didn't believe us, but take that as you will.

Stopped in several weeks ago to get rib eyes and a roast. Absolutely fabulous!! Steaks were superb but the roast was one of the best ones we have ever had. Thanks to Riley and the team. BT
