Carlos is great. Theirs a women named Angie who is a manager their she's horrible. Worst attitude ever in the morning. I get their early and she gets upset. Who's mad at somebody for showing up early and not really early either like 15 20 minutes before my scheduled shift so really I'm on time.

Gennifer Pate from Accounts Receivable was very responsive and helpful.
Everything else has been not the worst or best in this industry.

They did take an extra day processing my delivery, even though I provided delivery order and emailed them multiple times. (Extra storage and chassis charges.)

My shipment was flagged for exam.

Why can't I give ZERO stars! Terrible customer service, rude management, and rules that seem to change every time. We have picked up material for our business several times from this warehouse in our work truck. However, this time management came out and told us that we would have to have a box truck next time or they won't release our material to us. Instead of trying to find a solution for a small business like us, we were made to feel even smaller and inadequate because we don't have a box truck. SHAME ON YOU!

They need to give proper directions and signage for truck drivers so they do not enter the wrong way and get stuck. The images in Google maps is outdated, and the entrance location is on the left side of the building now. They didn't even bother to take a few pictures to submit on Google for those who are coming to their facility to be able to know the changes.

Shipping office has been very unprofessional each time I've visited.

Their own control numbers are unknown to them and they will force you to hunt and Peck for information you may not have access to just to give you one of your trailers that has already been loaded.

I have not had a great experience working with them, trucker beware.

You sit and wait for 5-6 hours for Sherwin Williams loads to unload. No bathroom. No food nearby. Nightmare. The worst part is they don't care.
