Didn't use this company and never heard of them before they dumped used furniture, mattresses and boxes in my private business parking lot. Only picked all the stuff up in an old USPS truck after I called the Sheriff. Both the company's name and their customer's name and address on the boxes.

Really poor experience with this company. Bought a couch piece from a furniture store so I had no choice in which delivery company was used. Got a call initially to schedule my delivery and had to reschedule for a day someone was home. Had issues multiple times with them coming on completely opposite days then when I actually scheduled. Finally, the piece was delivered (again not when I scheduled but luckily someone was home) and of course it was damaged and the delivery person seemed upset that they "tried to delivery 4 times" when they literally never came on a day they were scheduled to. Luckily the furniture store is taking care of the damage but I will never be using this company again if I can help it.

Unprofessional at best...they never contacted me to set up a delivery date and tried to deliver and I was working...I contacted them the next day and was told the driver would call 30 min before he comes out today . That was at lunch time.
I called back around 4pm because no one has contacted me and a very excited woman tells me she has all the emails, phone calls, and pictures of the previous attempted delivery. She wouldn't let me get a word in at all. I told her I work full time and wouldn't have set up yesterday and hadn't spoke to anyone as of yet to reschedule/schedule.

Won't give them 0 stars because is no possible. I am sure they don't even care since they service is terrible. Short story they never did their job wish is take item from point A to point B. Cancelled more that 3 times and their answer from their customer service is be patient. Amazing, absolutely horrendous, company should be close for being scam. Will reach out HomeDepot to notified them of the situation.

This company is used as a 3rd party company for Home Depot. They called me on Thursday to schedule a 3-7pm Friday time to pick up a return. The return was a couch and loveseat required to be put outside on sidewalk for pick up. They never showed up, or called. Tried calling them at 7 pm just to get VM that it is after hours. Tried calling Saturday, but they are closed. Now I have a couch and loveseat sitting in my front yard in boxes. I would never recommend anyone hire this company. Home Depot is looking into this as well.

This company delivered and put together a bed frame. To say the whole process was unprofessional would be an understatement. We ordered “white glove service” and they left trash among damaging my flooring and the bed frame. The trash was left in the pouring rain I’ve called the company 3 times at this point and the trash is still here days after delivery. The company we bought from is replacing the bed frame this delivery service broke what a shame cause they aren’t responsible but are taking responsibility. I also had to drag half the trash they left out to the road cause they put half on side of my driveway, no clue why but pictures show all the lovely trash I’m left to deal with. I’ve emailed them as well and my next step is calling a trash removal service and having them deliver to the address on adamo then bill their company the invoice.
