Came here for son's birthday. Had a great time! The food was very disappointing. Highly recommended to get food somewhere else before coming here. Son didn't even finish his chicken strip they were so bad. We got nachos as an appetizer, terribly disappointing, and decided to get home on the way home I stead of ordering more.

My boyfriend and I went here yesterday and we had so much fun! The monday night deal is really good if you’re on a budget but still want games and activities. Nick assisted us and was very friendly and informative!

We just had my daughters 6th birthday at Main Event and it was amazing!! We did the pancakes and bowling package. We needed a bigger space so we rented the Bayside room. The sales staff was great, very easy to work with and responsive to calls and emails. Our party hosts Ari and Alyssa were amazing with a group of over 20 kids all under the age of 10. They were friendly and incredibly helpful. We didn't have to do a thing but sit back and enjoy! I couldn't have asked for better party staff!! Everybody had such a great time!!

Kids loved the gravity ropes. Leo assisted my nephew on the course as he was scared and was so patient.

Service at restaurant was slow and overpriced for what we got. Only thing I wouldn’t recommend.

Family of nine had the best celebration today!
Delicious food, beverages, games of bowling and laser tag, tbe arcade and superman ice cream, and funnell fries, nachos, bbq wings, with the mozzerella sticks great family fun day indeed!
Main Event Team handle non stop fun goers, party events, we had the best time staff went all out fo us and everyone present.. treating every family VIP!

I can't stress enough how disappointed I am with their lack of customer service. From the moment I walked in, the place was a mess—trash was overflowing everywhere, and it was clear that no one was bothering to keep the facility clean. To make matters worse, the staff seemed more interested in their phones than actually doing their jobs. My bartender, Taylor, was obivilous to customer needs. When she did finally approach, her attitude was cold, and she seemed completely uninterested in helping.

I understand places can get busy, but when the employees are sitting around on their phones while the facility is falling apart, it’s unacceptable. I expected a lot more from a place like Main Event. I won’t be coming back, and I highly recommend going to Dave and Buster instead.
