Do not waste your time or money. This place is ran by incompetent fools. I had a mailbox here for 3 months for myself, my wife, and my son. I only had 1 letter delivered to me the entire time, nothing else to either of us. Later we find out they never put my wife or son on the box. Then we had some legal paperwork notarized, but they managed to screw the pooch on that as-well. The lawyer called us and told us to get our money back from the notary and take it someplace else as the notary did it completely wrong. I closed my account today, and expect no reimbursement from them as the level of incompetence of this place and the people working here is above and beyond normal stupidity.

I have always liked bringing my business here but today...I brought in a bubble envelope with toys n gifts for my son in washington state. She asked me where it was going and I told her. She asked me what was in the envelope I told her. She gave me a suspicious look and started pressing on my envelope and feeling it, turning it around and examining it. Then proceeded to tell me she would be opening my envelope to make sure the contents were what I said they were. Why ask me then? I have sent packages before and have reported the contents. Never have I been asked and then basically been treated like I was lying. I refused her to open it and she told me I needed to go somewhere else because the policy is that they can open packages and I understood that...just felt weird that she started pressing my package and then tried opening it as well as asking me what was in it and then not believing me. She suggested I to the post office because they wouldn't check my package contents. I have no problem with reporting what im sending. I do however have a problem being asked and then treated like im lying.

Since office depot charges over 2.50 for minimum of 17 copies I LOVE this place can print just 1 paper and not have to get charged full price. Love it.
