Very disappointed. I submitted an application online and paid the fees because I needed to get a package delivered and this seemed like the perfect solution. After a few days I realized that I never heard from MFS to welcome me to the service. No email, calls or anything stating that I had an account with them and what address. I called them numerous times but they never answer the phones. I left messages and also emailed. After a week I have not heard from anyone there. I wish I had seen the previous bad reviews before I sent them money. I had to make other arrangements for my package. The previous owners seemed to be highly rated, but seems since the new owners took this over it has gone downhill. Find someone else.

We have been traveling in our RV over 2 1/2 yrs and have used Mail Forwarding Services since right before we started traveling…. It’s so easy to sign up online and choose whether you want to pay monthly, quarterly, or 1/2 yr to yearly..
You also need to pay upfront for postage. They are super helpful and prompt to return our emails or texts and whenever we need to change our address or need to have mail held for a certain timeframe. We highly recommend them for anyone traveling and need a reliable mail forwarding service.

Worst experience ever. My husband and are rv'ers and had used this service for years bef goore it was purchased by the Schmidts. We had problems that began well before covid and continued after. We have changed services to South Dakota and can finally breath again. We ended up losing so many pieces of important mail. Do not use this services!

I have been using this service for years. They are reliable & efficient. Not to mention a great couple to work with! My mail always arrives as on time, as the delivery is set up. They make my life traveling, so much easier! Thank you!
