While I have no experience renting a storage unit, I have to say that Drew made the process easy and painless. He answered all of my questions to my satisfaction and has been on site every time I’ve returned to continue filling the unit. He is super helpful and friendly.

Locked access to indoor units. Outside gates are often not functional. The parking lot and driveway often have large pot holes. Sometimes there is someone on premises and sometimes not but there is a phone number to call if needed. The fair uses their parking lot annually. Posted June 23, 2024

Renting a storage space was fast and easy. Drew was working the counter and was a big help. Answered every question and helped me get set up quickly. The climate-controlled storage area is clean, well-lit, and easy to access. If you need storage, this is the place to go.

It's very clean, and climate control is great to help protect your items. I didn't see a single insect anywhere, which is also a plus to keep ur items safe. I eventually no longer needed this unit as it was just for a few things. However, canceling was easy and fast.

Although I only used my storage unit for about a week , I was exceptionally pleased with how easy it was to rent, the great service, and promotional price of my unit. It was a little tedious getting heavy furniture on those little carts to the location of my unit which was deep inside the building. I felt comfortable leaving my items in the unit where I seen no trace of rodents or roaches. The gentleman with the beard was the nicest person I've encountered in Shelbyville. He made my day.

I literally only moved my stuff from here because I moved across the state. I loved how EASY it was here. I signed up for my unit online, and anytime I sent an email, I always got a follow up. The couple times I called to chat with someone, they were so so nice. Not to mention how CLEAN this facility was. Let me tell you, not every facility keeps up their stuff this well!! I have so many good things to say about them, but I'll finish up with this: very well lit, good security systems, and true to size. I had a climate controlled 10x10 unit, and it was truly 10x10, unlike other places I've checked out that have been dark & more like 8.5x8.5. Again, super thankful to have been able to keep my stuff in such a great facility for a little while. Don't pass them up if you're within driving distance, it's definitely worth it for the quality you're getting in every aspect. 🙂
