This company has lazy drivers they park in fuel islands sleep before getting out to fuel or take care of business inside truck stop like the guy tonight pulling trailer 5338 here in Maryland at exit 100 flying j the man was literally sleeping this company must run their drivers way to hard stay away from them

I was provided with a tracking number that did not work. They would not answer their phone or respond to voicemails. The delivery driver was very rude. He left a message yesterday that someone would have to be at the house at the time of delivery. We asked if he would call at least 40 minutes prior to the delivery time, he said he would. He did not. Instead, he called and said he would be there in 3 minutes. No one had time to get to the house with the short notice, as I was at work. The only good news is that Mt shipment arrived earlier than the purchasing website stated it would.

Terrible business practice. They were supposed to deliver our gazebo last Friday - no call to let us know their truck broke down - we had to call since the 4 hour window was up. Said they would deliver on Monday and let us know with an ETD. No call just dropped off the boxes weighing over 400 lbs on our driveway and left. Never do business with them

Small property with chainlink fence on its border. Tight docking if there are other trucks there. No guidelines to help you back, better be on your A game when you arrive. One way in, same way out. No available restrooms for drivers.

Has had my shipment for 12 days. Still not delivered! They don’t answer their phone calls, nor do they return messages. Not sure how they stay in business.
