we sent 4 boxes to sancristobal with expensive items they stoled 3 pair of jordan’s left the sneaker boxes empty stoled 3 perfumes that where expensive, they stoled a pair of timberlands. we call to report it and all they say is that it will be investigated nothing was resolved. I will not recommend using this company. Do not use this service they suck

The customer service is horrible the call magically drops when the lady states her point. After making wait the whole day where I called them 3 times to ask if there were still coming and then affirming that they were on their way, the lady sends me a message through Whatsapp to tell me that they called me in the morning and I didn't answer. And the whole day were just lying about crossing over to pickup the items. Just use another shipping company.

I’m beyond disappointed with this shipping company. Its been over a month and my package has not been received. I spoke to someone initially and they said it arrived at the port and now they are telling me something different and that it will be another 2 weeks. I’m super frustrated as I am traveling with my kids and all of the needs (milk, pampers and bedding) are in the boxes.

i was shipping with them for the last year and everything was fine until last week.I won’t be shipping ever again, i sent a tank and the employee went through it like it was their property and stole half of my stuff. !!DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

I use Luciano shipping some years. My things get there fast and nothing gets touch. I recommend Luciano. Sometimes they delay if there is snow or rain . But como early next day. My neighbor b family use them and vegano ..but I don't trust vegano as much.bmy husband prefer vegano to sent to Santiago. I sent to Capital n love it.. thank you Luciano for doing great business.pleasw keep making your customers happy 😁😁 Luciano que pasa. Keep your custy happy not just me😊 fired anyone if stealing

After reading the posted reviews I was hesitating to use their service but we still gave them a chance because was the most responsive and patience company out of the 6 we've contacted, and the one that gave the best prices.
It was 4 big boxes one of them was a fragile package.
The pickup was done professionally for very friendly handlers, the delivery was asked for 2 different addresses, it on time and everything arrived in perfect conditions, the communication was excellent too.
The person receiving in DR told me the drivers were very "cool" and helpful.
We have no complaints, just a big appreciation for their service.

I just can't get it. Many sa y hw good they are but I just don't have good experience. Once I called they had me wait a whole day for pick up, only to pick up 2 days later with no apology. The ther issue is them not picking up the phone, calls keep going to voice mail with Lil chance of them returning a call. 👎👎
