The scale house operator is very rude and aggressive! He will hang the phone up in your face after screaming at you! Little did he know I’m his cup of tea! I will be reporting him! Parking area!

Made a honest mistake. Put the date on the sign in sheet where company name goes. 2 truck go around, not a word from shipper. Go to the window to see what's wrong. Asked them why they would not have just said, hey something is wrong with your sign in sheet or your load number. Guy said they don't have time to baby sit truck drivers. It's nice to know that parts of America or people in America are going back to not giving a damn about each other. Yum yum the taste of freedom.

Does a pretty good job of getting drivers loaded quickly as possible. There can be a wait at times depending on amount of trucks. Check-in process is simple. Can park overnight

Guy in the scalehouse is very sensitive. Don’t try and double check what he’s telling you. He has no fuse at all. Adorable!! I want to hug and kiss all you southerners. Just eat you up!!

This place is a dang nut house... make sure your CB is on 15 and don’t make the mistake of thinking you need to back down the hill to load your flatbed.... even though when you come in that looks impossible. Not friendly to new drivers at all.

Would not recommend !! Staff are rude , unhelpful & customer service skills need some major help!! Do not honor appointment times !! Will have you just sitting in limbo waiting to scale & get unloaded HOURS after your appointment time not giving you any heads up !! Will be rejecting any loads to this place from here on out !!!
